Working with Sarah was unlike anything I had experienced before. She held space with such deep reverence, unconditional love, unwavering acceptance, and unyielding kindness that parts of me I hadn’t known were waiting to be seen finally felt safe to emerge.

Truly you’re very gifted at this. The sessions were very high quality. Your space holding was phenomenal, and I felt your unwavering presence throughout each session. The most significant change I experienced was doing the breathing method of circulating energy from my root up through the chakra points in the body and taking the time to listen to each spot when needed and see if any parts of myself need compassion and/or understanding.
